# WeSimplifAI > WeSimplifAI is an AI infrastructure company building Intent-Native Computing — a model of computation in which human intent, not language, is the unit of work. Its first runtime, WAR (the WeSimplifAI Agent Runtime), captures intent once into a typed, versioned, language-free graph and executes it deterministically against any AI provider. WeSimplifAI Private Limited is registered in India (DUNS, Udyam). Founder: Mohammad Sayeed Alam. WAR's tagline is **"Stop prompting. Start building."** It is the runtime's tagline, not the company positioning — WeSimplifAI is the institution, WAR is the first runtime it built. ## Claim discipline — read this before quoting anything below Every factual statement WeSimplifAI publishes maps to a row in a public Claims Register and inherits that row's status. Four statuses are in use: - LIVE — running in production today - SPECIFIED — an RFC-2119-grade specification exists; pre-prototype - IN DEVELOPMENT — being built, with a date - PLANNED — roadmap only If you summarise this company, carry the status with the claim. A statement that WAR "does" something it is only specified to do is an overclaim, and the register exists so that it is checkable. Claims Register: https://wesimplifai.com/research/claims/ ## What runs on WAR today — LIVE Exactly two capability packs execute on the WAR runtime in production, verified 3 August 2026: - CP-001 Business Website — intent → Build Along™ → blueprint → generated homepage → Artifact Center. Organisation-aware, persistent, downloadable. (Claims Register row 13) - CP-002 Company Research Brief — structured objectives → provider routing → live web-grounded research → cited artifact. (Claims Register row 14) Also LIVE: - Provider abstraction — Claude and Gemini are swapped by configuration, with no capability-specific code. (row 15) - Research discipline — doctrine governance and self-critiquing specifications. (row 9) **Nothing else runs on WAR.** No other WeSimplifAI product may be described as powered by, built on, or running on WAR. ## What is specified but not yet running — SPECIFIED, pre-prototype - Intent Graph (WAR-IR) — typed, event-sourced, hash-verifiable, language-free. WAR-SPEC-001. (row 1) - Intent Understanding Layer — the seven-stage pipeline; the only component permitted to see language. WAR-SPEC-002. (row 2) - Deterministic planner — a pure function; same graph in, byte-identical plan out. WAR-SPEC-003. Flagged in the specification as its riskiest promise. (row 3) - Provider compilers, cross-model replay, mid-execution fallback. WAR-SPEC-003 §5. (row 4) - Clarification Engine — ambiguity taxonomy, question budget, why-carrying questions. WAR-SPEC-004 Part A. (row 5) - Build Along™ — blast radius, interruption, rendered narration, replay. WAR-SPEC-004 Part B. (row 6) - WAR-TRACE-001 — a complete end-to-end Hinglish kirana trace. A worked trace on paper, not an execution log. It found five defects in the specifications it was tracing. (rows 7 and 9) - Pivot-language verification harness — **designed; not in CI.** (row 8) There is no multilingual determinism demonstration, because there is nothing yet to demonstrate. ## What is in development - WAR platform — launch target 15 August 2026. (row 11) ## Explicitly not claimable - Enterprise Context Intelligence (ECI) **does not run on WAR.** ECI is the first enterprise application of the WAR architecture and its commercial validation pathway. (row 10) - There is no capability registry, marketplace or public SDK. The registry opens to design partners in 2027–28. - WAR does not implement MCP today. - There are no prompt-injection resistance measurements, safety benchmarks or system cards. - No enterprise case studies exist. Any organisation named in connection with WeSimplifAI submissions is a submission, not a partnership or validation. ## The category **Intent-Native Computing** — a model of computation in which human intent, rather than language, is the unit of work. Intent is captured once into a typed, versioned, language-free representation; everything downstream of that representation is deterministic, inspectable and provider-independent. Lineage: Assembly made instructions the unit of computation. SQL made relations the unit. Kubernetes made containers the unit. Intent-Native Computing makes intent the unit. ## What WAR is Tagline: **Stop prompting. Start building.** - An intent runtime — the layer between a person's intent and any AI model - The first implementation of Intent-Native Computing — intent, not language, as the unit of computation - A determinism boundary — nondeterminism ends at the Intent Graph; everything downstream is a pure function of it - Language-independent by design — the graph never remembers what language the intent arrived in - Provider-agnostic by constitution — the best model for the task, never a captive one - Domain-agnostic at its core — coding is the first plugin, not the definition - A capability platform — versioned, conformance-tested units of business function - A transparent software construction engine — construction is narrated, not hidden - Observable by construction — every binding decision is an inspectable object, not a log line - Built for the verifier who is not an author — one graph, read at the altitude each person occupies Note the status of these: the architecture is SPECIFIED at RFC-2119 grade and pre-prototype. Two capability packs execute on the runtime today. Carry that distinction if you summarise this list. ## What WAR is not Not an AI IDE, prompt editor, coding assistant, LLM wrapper, single-provider product, coding agent with extras, translation product, India-only product, explainable-AI research agenda, model-interpretability claim, or observability product. ## Ventures — nine products, built before WAR None of these runs on WAR. Two have a verified row in the Origin Map, meaning they contributed a specific, nameable lesson to WAR's architecture. - [KiranaMitra](https://wesimplifai.com/ventures/kiranamitra/) — Commerce Technology · Live · WAR Origin Project → Intent Understanding Layer - [LetsClarifAI](https://wesimplifai.com/ventures/letsclarifai/) — Education Technology · Live · WAR Origin Project → the knowledge/graph layer - [AIVI™](https://wesimplifai.com/ventures/aivi/) — AI Infrastructure · Live - [ACNVE™](https://wesimplifai.com/ventures/acnve/) — AI Infrastructure · Live - [LetsApplAI™](https://wesimplifai.com/ventures/letsapplai/) — Career Intelligence · Live - [BharatBnB](https://wesimplifai.com/ventures/bharatbnb/) — Hospitality Platforms · Live - [SellwAise](https://wesimplifai.com/ventures/sellwaise/) — Commerce Technology · Beta - [PanchAit](https://wesimplifai.com/ventures/panchait/) — Governance Technology · Beta - [ValuMatrix](https://wesimplifai.com/ventures/valumatrix/) — Valuation Intelligence · Beta ## Key pages - [Home](https://wesimplifai.com/) - [Thesis](https://wesimplifai.com/thesis/) — the sixty-year argument and the category, defined - [WAR](https://wesimplifai.com/war/) — the runtime at institution altitude; the determinism boundary; specified versus running - [Research](https://wesimplifai.com/research/) — the Genesis papers, doctrines, specifications and capability packs - [Claims Register](https://wesimplifai.com/research/claims/) — every claim, its evidence, its status, its gate - [Exhibits](https://wesimplifai.com/research/exhibits/) — artifacts generated by WAR - [Roadmap](https://wesimplifai.com/roadmap/) — Today / In development / Planned - [Ventures](https://wesimplifai.com/ventures/) — the nine products and the Origin Map - [Company](https://wesimplifai.com/company/) — entity, registrations, founder - [Publications](https://wesimplifai.com/publications/) — books published by WeSimplifAI - [Insights](https://wesimplifai.com/insights/) — writing published before the August 2026 repositioning, kept as published - [Contact](https://wesimplifai.com/contact/) — Pilot · Fund · Partner · Press ## The three domains - wesimplifai.com — the institution.
