Roadmap

A roadmap is a set of claims about intent. The discipline that governs everything else on this site applies to the future tense too: an item that exists only as an aspiration does not appear here.

Today The only bucket that may use present-tense verbs.
Business Website (CP-001) Runs on WAR in production. LIVErow 13
Company Research Brief (CP-002) Runs on WAR in production. LIVErow 14
Provider abstraction — Claude and Gemini Swapped by configuration, with no capability-specific code. LIVErow 15
In development The only bucket that carries dates.
WAR platform Launch target 15 August 2026 IN DEVELOPMENTrow 11
One item is listed, because one item carries a date in the Claims Register itself. Anything else would be a date invented for this page.
Planned Committed direction. No dates — an undated item that slips costs nothing.

This bucket is empty pending confirmation of which proposed items are genuinely planned work rather than direction under discussion. Several capabilities have been discussed publicly — documents, presentations, applications, automation and business intelligence among them — but none has been confirmed as committed work, so none is listed. We would rather publish three items we keep than seven we describe.

The roadmap and the Claims Register must never disagree. If the register says a thing is specified and the roadmap says it ships this quarter, one of them is wrong and a reader will find it. Where they would conflict, the register wins and the roadmap item is removed.

There is no feature-request voting here and no public backlog. A dated log of what actually shipped would be a stronger page than a longer forward roadmap, because it is retrospective and therefore checkable. We will add one when there are six months of shipped items to put on it.
